Booking Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to pre-book online for all massage appointments. If you become unable to attend you must cancel online at least 24 hours in advance, failure to cancel or “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked massage via an online invoice (unless there are extraordinary circumstances involved. Ie: accident.) You will not be charged if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.
